Calcolo plus e minusvalenze

Salve a tutti

Si avvicina la fine dell'anno e sono tentato di passare dal cosidetto regime amministrato al regime dichiarativo (quello fatto da se stessi in dichiarazione dei redditi) per quanto riguarda il versamento del 12,5% sul capital gain.
Ho letto un pò in giro come bisogna poi fare il calcolo a fine anno,ma ci sono ancora molte voci in contraddizione tra loro.
Qualcuno sa qualcosa di preciso a riguardo?
Si fa a fine anno la semplice somma algebrica,o la cosa è più complessa?
