la SNB non ha tagliato i tassi ma aggiusterà mese x mese la protezine per le banche per i tassi negativi, dato che questa storia dei tassi negativi andrà avanti per molto...
abituiamoci... non sarà facile uscire da questa policy NIRP (negative interest rate policy)
 
i bonds europei hanno subito reagito con +30-35 ticks
