(dico finanzio la banca Bce /Fed quindi sono iscritti nei debiti bancari per poi essere girati in attività ...di prestito, investimento...ecc che per loro sono attivi !!)
La banca non solo si finanzierebbe ,(( attenzione finanziarsi nel caso con capitale di 3i significa ritornare il capitale e gli interessi, perche assumo un'obbligazione verso il cedente "depositante" !! ma a tasso 0 e non solo
persino non tornerebbe parte del capitale (la parte sotto lo zero)
E questo per spingere il Consumo

| | Ospite | Non penso che lo faranno, per noi risparmiatori italiani che abbiamo un alto tasso di risparmio sarebbe una forzatura esagerata dopo che ci hanno detto che noi eravamo in condizioni migliori, proprio in virtu' della somma debito pubblico+privato migliore di altri paesi.
L'unico modo a mio avviso di uscire da una crisi di debito è trovare il modo di ridistribuire ricchezza su fasce più' ampie ,come non lo so ma penso che il sistema nonostante tutti i proclami politici stia proseguendo sulla stessa strada di prima.

| la cosa non è nuova : a ottbre/novembre le aste dei tbills USA sono andate in territori negativo : per avere la sicurezza di dare i soldi al tesoro USA e di riaverli dopo 3-6 mesi, gli investitori erano disposti ad accettare rendimenti negativi.
so che pare paradossale ma è successo , e gli investitori non erano sprovvedute casalinghe ma importanti asset managers. quindi il rischio era piu che reale.
